Hi! I’m Dr. Abi!
I am a board-certified pediatrician. I am also certified by the American Council of Exercise (ACE) as a health coach and a group fitness instructor. My medical and public health background allows me to approach health and wellness in a unique way. I see health as a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease. With my practical approaches to health, wellness, and fitness, I help people achieve balanced health that focuses on the body, soul, and spirit.
What makes me different? After dedicating countless years to medical school, pediatric residency training, and 2 Master’s level degrees, I can critically analyze information. My training allows me to cut through the fluff and develop actionable and practical steps to arrive at a solution. As I have pursued my interest and passion in health and fitness over the last two decades, I have discovered many answers that I would love to share with you. A healthy lifestyle is a journey that can be challenging, but having an experienced professional by your side can make the trip much smoother.
